The rules for using Rumora 2.0 to find rising videos and plant comment threads from a network of accounts, not from yours.

Comment seeding
Rumora finds public videos, writes a thread in your brand voice, and posts it from a real network. Your social logins stay yours.
Credits
Pay for work done
Start with free preview credits. Paid plans refill a monthly pool. Add-on packs expire. Rates are shown in the product before you spend.
Your brief
You own the claims
You are responsible for what the comments say: truth, disclosures, and platform rules. We can refuse copy that breaks them.
The service
What Rumora is
Rumora is a comment-seeding product ("we", "us"). You give us a brand brief. We search public short-form video, help you write a parent comment and replies, post that thread from accounts we operate, and upvote the parent so strangers can find the conversation.
What Rumora is not
Rumora does not connect to your TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram accounts. It is not a likes-and-followers store for your own posts. It does not promise a reach number, a ranking, or that a video will go viral.
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Rumora. Using rumora.ai or creating an account means you agree to them. If you use Rumora for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
Accounts and credits
Your account
Keep your login accurate and secret. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including what teammates spend credits on.
Free preview
New accounts may receive a one-time pool of posting credits so you can try a thread. Preview credits are not cash, do not roll into a paid plan automatically, and can be changed or withdrawn if we see abuse.
Paid plans
Monthly plans refill a credit pool. Current list prices (USD, billed monthly, excluding tax) are:
- Seed: $19, 1,500 credits
- Grow: $49, 4,500 credits
- Channel: $99, 10,000 credits
- Studio: $199, 22,500 credits
- Scale: $399, 50,000 credits
How credits spend
Credits are consumed when you find videos, post comment lines, and upvote a parent comment. Paste-a-link is free. Exact rates are shown in the product before you confirm. Unused monthly credits do not carry over unless we say they do in the product.
Add-on packs
Paid plans may buy extra credits. Packs have a minimum size, volume pricing, and expire 90 days after grant. Packs are not a substitute for a monthly plan.
Cancellation
Cancel a subscription in billing. Access and unused monthly credits continue until the end of the paid period, then stop. We may change prices with notice. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
What you may and may not do
Allowed use
Use Rumora to mention your real product on public videos where that mention is relevant. Keep briefs factual. Add required advertising disclosures in the copy when the law asks for them.
Prohibited use
Do not use Rumora for illegal claims, scams, adult or hate content we refuse to fulfill, impersonating a creator, attacking a person, or trying to break our systems. Do not resell raw access as an agency panel. Do not try to connect or scrape accounts we did not give you.
Platform rules
Comments still have to follow YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and any other destination's terms. If a platform removes a comment, that is between the platform and the public thread. We do not guarantee a comment stays up.
Our network
Posting and upvotes come from a network of accounts we operate or contract. You do not own those accounts. We may refuse, delay, or reverse a job that looks unsafe, off-brief, or likely to get the network banned.
Legal protections
Intellectual property
We own Rumora: the software, models, prompts, network, and marks. You own your brand brief and the claims in it. You license us to use that brief to write and post threads for you.
No performance promise
Threads are sold as a service we fulfill, not as a guaranteed number of views, clicks, or sales. Short-form videos die quickly. A comment may be removed, buried, or ignored.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rumora is not liable for lost profits, lost data, platform bans, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Rumora in the three months before the claim. You will cover us if a claim comes from your brief, your copy, or your misuse.
AS IS
The service is provided as is. Find results, drafts, and posting times depend on public platforms we do not control. We may change or pause features with reasonable notice when we can.
