Find
Public videos only
We look at public short-form video metadata to find clips that fit your brand. We do not log into your profiles.
Rights
You stay in control
Ask us for a copy, a correction, or a deletion. Creators can also opt their channels out of Find.
Information we collect
What you give us
When you create an account or use Rumora, you may give us a name, email, password, workspace details, a product brief, comment and reply copy, and billing information needed to charge credits or a monthly plan.
What we collect automatically
We collect device and usage data that keeps the product running: IP address, browser, language, pages you open, and how credits are spent. We use this to secure accounts, debug, and improve Find and commenting.
Public video metadata
Rumora searches public posts on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We store the public metadata needed to show you a card and post a thread: title, URL, view counts, timestamps, and creator handles that are already public.
YouTube API Services
Some lookups use YouTube API Services, including channel verification on the creator opt-out form. We only request public channel and video data. We do not ask you to connect a Google or YouTube account, and we do not receive private YouTube data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use it
To run the product
We use your information to create workspaces, grant free preview credits, find rising videos, draft and post comment threads from Rumora's network, process payments, and reply to support mail.
To improve commenting
We look at which comments get traction so agents can write more like people and less like ads. We do not sell your brand brief or your drafts.
To stay safe and legal
We use data to prevent abuse, detect fraud, enforce these policies, and meet accounting and tax rules where Rumora operates.
Sharing and processors
Who else sees data
We share data with operators we need to run Rumora: authentication and database hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and the fulfillment network that posts and upvotes comments. They only get what that job requires.
We do not sell personal data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion
You can ask what we hold, fix it, or delete it, subject to records we must keep for billing, security, or law. Email admin@rumora.ai. We will verify it is you before we act.
Portability and objection
You can ask for a machine-readable copy of data you provided, or object to processing that is not required to run your account.
Creators
If you make public videos and do not want Rumora to pick them in Find, use the creator opt-out. Existing comments already on a video stay. Future targeting of that channel stops.
Retention and security
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records as long as the workspace exists and as long as tax and dispute rules require. Comment drafts and Find results are kept so you can reuse a thread. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize what we no longer need.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method is perfect. Tell us at admin@rumora.ai if you think an account was misused.
Where data lives
Data may be processed in the countries where Rumora and its processors run. We take steps so this Privacy Policy still applies.
