Refund Policy
Rumora 2.0 is free to try. Paid plans and credit packs follow the rules below. There is no reach guarantee.
Preview
Free credits are free
The 500-credit preview is not a purchase. There is nothing to refund. Abuse can close a preview account.
Plans
Cancel anytime
Monthly plans run until the end of the period you already paid. We do not prorate unused days unless the law where you live requires it.
Packs
Add-ons expire
Credit packs are used as you post. Unused pack credits expire after 90 days and are not refunded once granted.
What we refund
No reach guarantee
Rumora 1.0 advertised a 100,000-reach trial. Rumora 2.0 does not. We do not refund because a video did not pop, a comment was removed, or a thread got fewer upvotes than you hoped.
Billing mistakes
If we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or granted no credits after a successful payment, email admin@rumora.ai with the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We will correct it.
Required by law
If consumer law where you live gives you a cooling-off period or another mandatory refund right, say so in your email. We will follow that law.
Subscriptions
How to cancel
Cancel from billing in your workspace, or ask admin@rumora.ai if you cannot reach the portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep the product until the current period ends.
After cancel
Unused monthly credits expire with the period. Your workspace and drafts remain so you can return. We may close idle accounts later.
Credit packs
Once granted
Add-on credits are delivered to your meter when payment clears. After that, they are not refunded because you changed your mind, paused posting, or disliked a draft.
Expiry
Pack credits expire 90 days after they are granted. Expired credits are removed. That is not a billable event and not a refund.
How to ask
Write admin@rumora.ai with subject Refund request, the account email, and the payment reference. We reply in a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Include the account email and the Lemon Squeezy invoice. We will tell you plainly whether it refunds.
